Ordering Overview:You may order on this website 24/7 or via mail or fax. We will soon be accepting orders via phone. While we offer wholesale and volume discounts on many products, we accept orders from individuals too. There is a minimum order of $15 worth of product, so if you are attempting to order product totaling under $15, you must add enough product to total over the $15 minimum to be able to check out. If contacting us regarding an order you have already placed, we will be able to assist you more efficiently if you include the order number or invoice number.

Problems Checking Out:If you are experiencing difficulties checking out, please provide the following information so we may assist you efficiently:

  • Product name and SKU for each product in cart
  • Quantity and options for each product (i.e. color, sizes, etc.)
  • Please describe the problem you are encountering during checkout. If you are receiving an error message, please note the error message

International Order Inquiries: Please note that, due to the extra time and costs involved with shipping internationally, we only ship international orders where the product total is over $500.00. Since shopping carts are unable to accurately figure international shipping, please specify your order in the Message" field below including SKUs, options (i.e. colors, sizes, etc.), any applicable deadline, and the destination address. We will contact you to arrange for processing your order.

Urgent Order Deadlines: If you need your order in less than 6 weekdays, note the following three items in the "Order Comments" box (in Checkout Step 3 of 3):
  • The date needed. In order to ship the same day, the Delivery Methods' listed transit times are dependent upon your order being received and finalized by 11:00 a.m. MST on a business day, not including holidays, weekends, nor production time on custom products.
  • Time needed. If no time is listed, it will be assumed that the end of that deadline date is acceptable.
  • Specify that you approve for us to ship at any cost to get the order to you by your stated deadline, and we will charge your card the additional cost for the least expensive shipping method guaranteed to arrive by your specified deadline. We cannot legally charge additional charges to your card without this written approval. Since we cannot know your shipping prices until the order has been packed for shipment, our packing department is unable to honor customer requests to contact them with shipping options or quotes. Orders that mention a an upgraded Delivery Method or a deadline that is sooner than the transit time for your order's Delivery Method without explicitly approving additional charges at all costs will be processed shipping via the fastest delivery method that the shipping and handling fee you paid (or explicitly approved) will cover.
Guaranteed shipping methods such as 1, 2 and 3 Day deliveries can be extremely expensive. Due to the short timeframe required for processing Urgent Shipping on orders, there can be no cancellations on orders that upgrade to Urgent Shipping. We will notify you if there is any problem preventing your order from shipping immediately (i.e. stock shortages, rush season delays, etc.)
