Enrolling For Classes

If you are interested in enrolling for a SpiritU class, please follow these steps:

• Thoroughly review each class's Course Info page linked through the catalog below so that you understand what the course offers, its grading requirements, and dates.
• Then scroll down to the bottom of each class's Course Info page, and click the orange button that says "Add to cart" to add it to the shopping cart. Don't forget to add any required materials to the cart too. You can find required materials by scrolling down the Course Info webpage to the related Products section, and clicking the link for that product. Then checkout to finalize your enrollment.
• Thoroughly review the SpiritU Terms & Conditions by clicking the "Terms & Conditions" link under the Help section from the Course Info page.
• You will receive an email within 3 business days confirming your enrollment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately so we can make sure you have a space saved in the class(es) you enrolled in.
• You will receive an email the weekend before class starts with the password access for your class.
• Once you access the class, there will be a homepage that lists your instructor's contact information and how to access your lecture and assignments. There are no specific meeting times for SpiritU classes. We recommend checking your class early enough each week to allow time to get assignments done which are typically due on Friday of each week. Other than that, classes are basically self-paced.

Accessing Your Course

Once you have completed the registration page on the related course info page and received your email notice of acceptance, follow these steps:

• Find your course in the list below
• Find the start date for your course. Your course password will be sent to you the weekend before class starts.
• Follow the instructions on the email to access and log in to your class.
• You will then be taken to a form that asks for your password which was provided in your registration confirmation email. Fraudulent or duplicated use of passwords is monitored and will be grounds for dismissal without refund.
• Access the class site and follow the instructions provided by your instructor. Your instructor's email address is provided on the class site's homepage.
• If you have any questions or need assistance, please call 1-970-674-3387 or email your instructor once class starts.

Late Enrollments

In order to ensure you get the most out of your class, we will accept late enrollments up to one to two weeks after the class begins (even though we list the deadlines for late enrollment on the Sunday before the semester begins on the SpiritU catalog). Typically enrolling one week late is not a problem. If you wish to enroll two weeks after the semester starts, enrollment acceptance will depend on what factors like what type of load you plan to enroll for, if you work full time, if you are enrolling as a Full Student, if the instructor is available, and ultimately it is the instructor's and SpiritU's decision. Late enrollments will be assessed a $10.00 fee per class.

Tuition Increase

In order to provide you with the best service possible, SpiritU tuitions occasionally require an increase. The new rates go into effect as of the Summer semester. All classes taken on the February semester qualify for the previous year's tuition rates. The rate will be reflected on the each course's Course Info page.
