WHat you could do is have you teaches participate in the weakest Bears contest.. We did this at my school and everyone loved it. What you do is ask some teachers to take part in the game. Afte every round have the teaches vote off one teacher. When that teacher is voted off you can give them a pie in the face.. Make the questions about the sports seasons just to see which teacher has the most spirit. For the teacher that is last standing give them a crown and a sash. that's what we did. everyone will enjoy. anthor idea is have ice sitting contest. We hade the captins of our sports team sit on blocks of ice to see which team was the toughest. You can start this at the begining of your pep rally and thoughtout the rally check on them.. offer them mystery boxes with coupons for fat foods, pies and ckaes, and school spirit stuff.. thosse are 2 ideas if you need more e-mail me.
