: just breath! don't worry, i get nervous all the time, and this is my fourth year. i have a solo and if i just take time, concentrate, realize i should do it just like in practice, i do fine. and use all focus in waiting to go on outside the gym just focusing on your tosses and counts. run through the show in your head over and over. but the second you cross a threshold take a deep breath and stare those judges down. also during practice, practice everything full out like it's a performance, then the performance won't feel so different. you won't let adrenaline get the best of you and end up overotating, then dropping usually..oh and watch other people that tends to help
