I'm teaching myself to spin sabres and rifles for a project, but I don't know where to begin. I already spin flags, but I'm not having any luck getting started on sabres and rifles. I have some videos on order and I'm going to be attending a few camps, but not until summer. If any one knows any web sites or books that offer basic technique "how-to"s, please let me know.
