Hi I have some good wrestling cheers that you can do w/ or w/ out poms!
ROLL (roll hands out in front of you kind of like a dive) X YOUR BODY X, MOVE X YOUR FEET X, STAND UP(bring arms out like your making muscles) EVERY( X in front of you) BODY( bring arms out again and then back in again quickly) TO THAT WHS (Shake both poms by left hip or if not using poms point index finger down and shake up and down by hip) BEAT(bring right hand over to right hip.
If you are using poms just bring poms together in front of you in place of claps!
