dTe Chat Terms of Use

The dTe Chat service ("dTe Chat" or the "Service") is a way for people to chat with others of similar interests. dTe is provided by Leslie's Best, provider of dance and spirit services and located in Windsor, Colorado.

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Leslie's Best. Please read the Agreement carefully before participating in the dTe Chat service.

By participating in dTe Chat, you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE Following TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT Participate in the dTe chat room. THE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY Leslie's Best (owner of dTe) AT ANY TIME without notice.

Leslie's Best reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the dTe Chat room as well as the entire dTe web site, without notice, upon any breach of these Terms by you which is brought to the attention of Leslie's Best.

You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the dTe Chat service, or transmit to other dTe Chat Members.

You will not post on the dTe Chat service, or transmit to other dTe Chat Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

You will use the dTe Chat service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other dTe Chat Members.

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other dTe Chat Members. Leslie's Best reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leslie's Best, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the dTe Chat service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

ONLINE CONTENT. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the dTe Chat service are those of their respective authors and not of Leslie's Best, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. D&E DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE AND NEITHER ADOPTS NOR ENDORSES NOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL D&E BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE dTe Chat SERVICE, OR TRANSMITTED TO dTe Chat MEMBERS.

WARNING - PLEASE READ THIS: It is possible that other dTe Chat Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the dTe Chat service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. Leslie's Best is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the dTe Chat service or release to others.

Leslie's Best RESERVES THE RIGHT, BUT HAS NO OBLIGATION, TO MONITOR THE MATERIALS POSTED IN THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE dTe Chat SERVICE. Leslie's Best SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY SUCH MATERIAL THAT VIOLATES, OR IS ALLEGED TO VIOLATE, THE LAW OR THIS AGREEMENT. NOTWITHSTANDING THIS RIGHT OF D&E, YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIALS YOU POST IN THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE SERVICE AND YOUR PRIVATE E-MAIL MESSAGES. E-MAILS SENT BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER dTe Chat MEMBERS THAT ARE NOT READILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL BE TREATED AS PRIVATE BY Leslie's Best TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
